Refund and Return Policy

At Anujiva Healthcare Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are health supplements and consumable wellness drinks, we maintain strict safety, hygiene, and quality protocols. Please review our policy on returns, replacements, and refunds below:

1. Return & Replacement Window

We offer a flexible 7 to 14 days return window from the date of product delivery.

  • Eligible Reasons for Return: Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product delivered is physically damaged, leaked, has tampered packaging upon arrival, is defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return/replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, with the original safety seal intact, and in the same packaging condition as received.

2. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please initiate a request within the 7–14 days window by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@anujivahealthcare.com or call us at +91 98214 93222.

  2. Provide your Order ID, Invoice, and clear photograph or video proof showing the damage, leakage, or the incorrect product received.

  3. Our quality assessment team will review the request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

3. Refund Methods and Timelines

Once your returned item is received at our facility and undergoes inspection, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your preferred choice of transaction: Bank Transfer, UPI, or original digital Wallet.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date the return is validated at our warehouse.

4. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of cost before it is dispatched from our facility. Once the order is shipped and a tracking ID is generated, cancellations cannot be processed. If an order is canceled prior to dispatch, pre-paid amounts will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
